No late entries will be accepted.
Players cannot be entered unless they already have a BWF ID-number. In case you wish to enter players who do not have a BWF ID-number, please request the BWF-ID at http://www.bwfbadminton.org/page.aspx?id=15719 well in advance of the entry deadline.
Note: This is mandatory also for Finnish players participating first time a BE Junior Circuit tournament.
Entries must be made either directly by a player’s club of which the player/pair is a member or must be accompanied by written authorization from the club of which the player/pair is a member.
The entries shall be made in order of strength and in national ranking order in each event. Players’ date of birth is also required.
Entry fees for the tournaments are (shuttles included):

The entry fees become due if a player is entered and has not been withdrawn by midnight local time on the closing date. It is recommended that the entry fees are paid by bank transfer. It is also possible to pay by cash at the venue before the first match takes place. If the entry fee is not paid in time, the player will not be allowed to start the match.

The entry fees will not be refunded in the case of a withdrawal. For all the withdrawn players the organizers can invoice the entry fee to the relevant Member Association. If no payment has been received after the deadline has passed the organizers will forward the invoice with the registration of deliverance and the copy of the original entry together with the original invoice to BADMINTON EUROPE.
Organizers are allowed to refuse entries if players have outstanding fees from a previous year.
