Tapion Sulka’s training season lasts from mid-August to mid-June of the following year. The coaches have a holiday break during the week between Christmas and Epiphany. However, the players are welcome to use the courts of their groups if Esport Center is open at that time. During bank holidays, no coaching will be organized unless the coaches inform you otherwise. The courts of your group can be used for free playing also on these days if Esport Center is open.
The trainings continue identically in January and no additional enrolling for the spring season is required. However, if the player no longer wishes to participate in the practice group after the autumn season, you can leave the group by informing the coach and the club’s office. The training groups for the following season are decided during late spring and early summer. Registration for the following season’s groups usually begins in June.
As a member of Tapion Sulka, you can choose from a wide selection of training groups for players of all ages and skill levels. You can find out more about our groups and available places by contacting Nella Siilasmaa (nella.siilasmaa@gmail.com) or Vellu Melleri (vellu.melleri@gmail.com). Joining a training group is handled through Tapion Sulka’s head coach. There are individual training fees for each group. You are entitled to try any group twice free of charge, after which you can decide on continuing.
If there are free places, you can join a group during the season. In this case, your training fee concerns only what’s left of the season.
In the sudden event of a long-lasting, continuous absence (due to an injury or a long-lasting illness, for example), possible training fee reductions can be discussed with the club.
